Kim Kardashian's Birkin bags always stir up chatter.

Recently, at the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State Warriors game on March 16, Kardashian attracted attention by placing her brown Hermès Birkin crocodile-print bag on the floor while seated courtside with her 8-year-old son, Saint West. A similar style is reselling for $55,900.

Fans were surprised by Kardashian's casual treatment of the collectible bag, named after Jane Birkin.

Despite criticisms, she briefly picked up the bag to adjust the straps. In November, she was seen with a massive gray Haut A Courroies 50cm Birkin style in New York City.

Kardashian has been spotted carrying rare designs worth over $100,000 in the past. While she hasn't disclosed the exact number of Birkin bags she owns, past closet selfies suggest she has a collection dedicated to these iconic pieces.
